THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS

Placing orders:

1)  When placing orders all requested information must be inputted.  Transactions will not be processed with requested information missing.

2)  You must provide a username and password to navigate through the site.  

This is for your personal use and THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS is not privileged to what you choose.  Your email address IS NOT sold or used for any advertising, marketing for or by THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS or its partners and/or affiliates.

3)  Your credit card information will need to be entered whenever making an online purchase.  THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS does not save or store your credit card information for any reason.  Your information is used for item specific and billing purposes ONLY.  

THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS reserves the right to close an account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.

Acceptance and Delivery

Seller shall not be responsible for any delay in the shopper's purchase delivery beyond its control.  If an item is backordered, Buyer may cancel such order at any time by providing notice of cancellation to The Zuri of Nubia Fashions.

In General

Terms of Sale:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Warranty & Risk of Loss:

This section constitutes Seller's sole obligation as to the merchandise, and the Buyer acknowledges that this section sets forth Buyer's exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty or other duty related to the merchandise or quality thereof.  THE ZURI OF NUBIA FASHIONS shall, at its election, either replace or refund the purchase prices, exclusive of taxes, and shipping and handling charges, for any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which the Buyer makes a claim within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise.  When making such a claim, Buyer must submit in writing via email both the original packing slip or invoice and the defective merchandise itself, unless these conditions are waived by the Seller in writing.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.  

Product Descriptions

The Zuri of Nubia Fashions periodically adds, changes, modifies and updates its catalogs and website, including without limitation these Terms and Conditions.  Seller tries to be as accurate as possible.  For changes in descriptions on products, Seller will contact customer within 24 hours to receive in writing a confirmation for the change in merchandise.  If a product purchased is not as described or expected, Buyers sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.  

Payment Terms

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods WILL NOT BE  dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed AND confirmed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.  Payment shall be due and paid on the date of purchase.  Buyer agree to pay $40.00 per check on all returned or insufficient funds checks, where applicable.  

Customer Service Directives

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Dispute Resolution:

Buyer agrees that any action brought by Buyer to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy of any nature arising out of or related to any order or transaction between The Zuri of Nubia Fashions or any merchandise sold or distributed by Seller or any policy, statement, representation, advertisement, promotion, offer, customer information of Seller, or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as a final resort.
